Do I really not need an account?
No. There is no sign-up form anywhere on the site. The download buttons work immediately, on your first visit, without giving anything up.
Is there a catch — a trial, or a limit I will hit later?
No. There is no free tier because there are no paid tiers. Advertising pays for the hosting, so there is no point at which the tool asks you for money or an email address.
Will the codes have a watermark?
No. Many 'free' generators add their branding to the exported image and charge to remove it. The file you download here is exactly what you see in the preview.
Can I use these QR codes commercially?
Yes, without attribution or a licence fee. You can print them on products you sell, on packaging, or in paid advertising.
If there is no account, where are my codes stored?
